FOURTH INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS ON OCT ANGIOGRAPHY AND ADVANCES IN OCT

• The date of your remittance will be decisive for the amount of the Registration Fee due.
• All fees are quoted in Euro. Current Italian VAT is included in the rates and will be automatically updated in the event that it will be modified.
• The registration fee includes: Admission to all scientific sessions, Access to Exhibition Area, Conference bag and name badge. Lunches are not included. Hotel Ergife will offer special price lunch for the participants of the Congress (€ 20,00) payable at the reception of the hotel from 8.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. the days of the conference.
• Please note that we have few rooms still available. Hotel bookings will be handled on a "first come -first served" basis. We therefore recommend early booking and payment to ensure availability.

Official languages
English and French. Simultaneous translation: Italian, English and French. 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations will be subject to a 30% administration cancellation fee. Deadline for cancellations is 30th September. There will be no cancellations after the meeting has taken place. You must email to the Congress Secretariat (anna.porro@apmeetings.com) if you want to cancel a registration.

Please note there will be a delay in all bank transfer refunds. They will not be processed until after the meeting has taken place.
