- STUDENTS, RESIDENTS, ORTHOPTISTS AND NURSES ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE FORMAL CERTIFICATION OF THEIR QUALIFICATION. IN THE EVENT OF FAILURE TO SEND, REGISTRATION WILL BE COMPLETED WITH THE FULL PAYMENT OF THE AMOUNT DUE FOR OPHTHALMOLOGIST.
The booking of services (e.g.: hotel, social events, etc.) will be accepted and confirmed exclusively with payment by CREDIT CARD. In this case, the registration fee will also be charged with the same method.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deadline for cancellations is 31/10/2025. There will be no cancellations after the meeting has taken place. You must email to the Congress Secretariat (segreteria@apmeetings.com).
Starting November 1, 2025, cancellation requests will not be eligible for refunds.
- All cancellations will be subject to an administration cancellation fee of € 70,00
- In case of complete cancellation (registration and/or room reservation) from 01/11/2025, no show or early departure, the Conference Secretariat is entitled to charge all nights booked, thus no refunds are given.
