• The date of your remittance will be decisive for the amount of the Registration Fee due.
• All fees are quoted in Euro. Current Italian VAT is included in the rates and will be automatically updated in the event that it will be modified. Registration and service reservations will be accepted and confirmed exclusively with payment by CREDIT CARD with the application of the 3% commission requested by the bank.
• The registration fee includes: Admission to all scientific sessions, Access to Exhibition and Poster Area, Certificate of Attendance and Free Wi-FI.
• STUDENTS, RESIDENTS, ORTHOPTISTS AND NURSES ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE FORMAL CERTIFICATION OF THEIR QUALIFICATION. IN THE EVENT OF FAILURE TO SEND, REGISTRATION WILL BE COMPLETED WITH THE FULL PAYMENT OF THE AMOUNT DUE FOR OPHTHALMOLOGIST.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deadline for cancellations is 20/10/2026. There will be no cancellations after the meeting has taken place. You must email to the Congress Secretariat (segreteria@apmeetings.com).
if you want to cancel or modify a registration:

• All cancellations will be subject to an administration cancellation fee of € 70,00
• In case of complete cancellation (registration and/or room reservation) from 21/10/2026, no show or early departure, the Conference Secretariat is entitled to charge all nights booked, thus no refunds are given.
