• The date of your remittance will be decisive for the amount of the Registration Fee due.
• All fees are quoted in Euro. Current Italian VAT is included in the rates and will be automatically updated in the event that it will be modified. Registration and service reservations will be accepted and confirmed exclusively with payment by CREDIT CARD with the application of the 3% commission requested by the bank.
• The registration fee includes: Admission to all scientific sessions, Access to Exhibition and Poster Area, Certificate of Attendance and Free Wi-FI.
• STUDENTS, RESIDENTS, ORTHOPTISTS AND NURSES ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE FORMAL CERTIFICATION OF THEIR QUALIFICATION. IN THE EVENT OF FAILURE TO SEND, REGISTRATION WILL BE COMPLETED WITH THE FULL PAYMENT OF THE AMOUNT DUE FOR OPHTHALMOLOGIST.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The deadline for cancellations is October 20, 2026. No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after the meeting has taken place. All requests to cancel or modify a registration must be sent via email to anna.porro@apmeetings.com).

• Administration Fee: All cancellations are subject to a €70.00 administrative fee.
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: For any total cancellation (registration and/or room reservation) made from October 21, 2026 onwards, as well as for no-shows or early departures, the Conference Secretariat is entitled to charge for all booked nights. Consequently, no refunds will be issued.
