<ul> <li>The date of your remittance will be decisive for the amount of the Registration Fee due.</li> <li>All fees are quoted in Euro. Current Italian VAT is included in the rates and will be automatically updated in the event that it will be modified.</li> <li>The registration fee includes: Admission to all scientific sessions, Access to Exhibition and Poster Area, Certificate of Attendance and Free&nbsp;Wi-FI.</li> <li>STUDENTS, RESIDENTS, ORTHOPTISTS AND NURSES ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE FORMAL CERTIFICATION OF THEIR QUALIFICATION. IN THE EVENT OF FAILURE TO SEND, REGISTRATION WILL BE COMPLETED WITH THE FULL PAYMENT OF THE AMOUNT DUE FOR OPHTHALMOLOGIST.</li> <li> <p>The booking of services (e.g.: hotel, social events, etc.) will be accepted and confirmed exclusively with payment by CREDIT CARD. In this case, the registration fee will also be charged with the same method.</p> <p>CANCELLATION POLICY</p> <p>Deadline for cancellations is&nbsp;<strong>31/10/2026</strong>. There will be no cancellations after the meeting has taken place. You must email to the Congress Secretariat (segreteria@apmeetings.com).</p> <p>Starting from November 1, 2026, cancellation requests will not be eligible for refunds.</p> </li> <li>All cancellations will be subject to an administration cancellation fee of &euro; 70,00</li> <li>In case of partial/complete cancellation of room reservation from&nbsp;<strong>15/10/2026</strong>, no show or early departure, the Conference Secretariat is entitled to charge all nights booked, thus no refunds are given.</li> </ul>
